Sweater | Skirt | Booties | Clutch | Earrings
Happy Friday, y’all! Today I’m sharing one of my favorite looks! I’m shaking it up and styling numerous ways for upcoming holiday festivities! Read on for more details! Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean you have to give up wearing your favorite hemline. Thanks to the help of cozy sweaters, classic coats, and some amazing footwear, there are so many ways to wear a skirt in the winter without totally freezing. Skirts are a seasonless staple, both the mini and maxi varieties. The Sweater – Hands down a favorite buy of the season! I can’t get enough of the sleeve detail! The ties add the perfect feminine touch. I’ve paired it with jeans and loved it! And I’m obsessed with the look pictured! It’s available in 5 colors but does run large. Size down. How pretty would this Purple Mist color be paired with black for spring? I’m also loving this Side Tie Tunic paired with leggings! I just can’t get enough oversized sweaters this season! The Skirt – I’ll be the first to tell you, I’m not the one to wear body shaping clothes. But I do love the way this skirt looks paired with an oversized sweater! I really like the edgy vibe it adds to any outfit for day or night! You also can’t go wrong with this Faux Leather Skirt or even this Ruffle Mini, seriously how cute are both of these? The Booties – You loved them in this POST, so I created another outfit with them! You can splurge with these Steve Madden Booties (available in taupe, black and burgandy) or save and buy yourself a Starbucks coffee with these A New Day Booties (available in grey or black). Trust me when I say the save option look the part and also feel (comfort) the part! I actually love wearing mine while strolling and sipping Starbucks coffee! The Accessories – I kept it simple and paired this look with these Ball Drop Earrings, another save because they are only 14 bucks! But if you wanted to step this look up a notch, I love these Statement Earrings. To me these are a must have accessory! My Leopard Clutch is fun to add to any outfit! It’s $45 and holds all the necessary items. There’s a chance I’ll be wearing this look for our upcoming Christmas party and possibly for New Year’s eve! Today we are headed to College Station (Gig’Em Aggies) to celebrate my brother in law’s graduation! Oh! To be 22 again and graduating from college because adulating is hard! Next week, I will have a final gift guide featuring the best stocking stuffers and a big gift guide round up coming Friday for all you slacker shoppers! Ha! Who am I kidding? I am only 75% done shopping at this point! I’ll also be featuring our Christmas cards and photo session in Napa Valley! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
