  1. Cut the avocados in half and scoop out of the shell into a mixing bowl disposing of the seed and shell.
  2. Chop the tomato, purple onion, and jalapeño finely and combine in the mixing bowl. Depending on your preference and tolerance to spice, you can choose to deseed some or all of the jalapeño seeds.
  3. Cut the lime into quarters and squeeze two of the quarters into the mixing bowl.
  4. Add a pinch of Kosher salt and black pepper to your liking and you’re ready to start mixing. Continue to mix until you reach a desired consistency.
  5. Squeeze and stir in the last two quarters of the lime and add fresh cilantro for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or alongside Mexican entrees and enjoy!
